RULES OF RADIATION SAFETY AND PERSONAL HYGIENE

• stay indoors, or go to a shelter or basement if you are outdoors
• before entering the room, wash or dry shoes,
• close windows and doors tightly
• follow the reports from rescuers of the SES, police, local authorities.
• use personal protective equipment (respirator, bandage, raincoat, rubber boots),
• do not undress, do not sit on the ground, do not smoke,
• follow the rules of personal hygiene,
• carry out daily wet cleaning,
• eat only indoors,
• wash your hands thoroughly with soap,
• before eating, rinse your mouth with 0.5% soda solution,
• drink water from airtight bottles,
• food – from airtight containers,
• limit the consumption of agricultural products that were in the open
• do not swim in open water,
• do not collect berries, mushrooms and flowers in the forest

DISINFECT YOURSELF

• remove the top layer of clothing.
• wash thoroughly.
• put on clean clothes.
• help relatives and friends to make all the above points.

* if possible, do it in gloves and a mask or respirator.
