The declaration of conformity of the material and technical base is a mandatory document that confirms the compliance of the material and technical base with the requirements of the legislation on labor protection of the business entity and gives the right to operate (apply) machines, mechanisms, high risk equipment and perform high risk work.
The registration of the declaration is carried out by the territorial body of the State Labor Service within five working days from the date of their receipt. Territorial bodies of the State Labor Service, if errors are found in the submitted declaration, have the right to return it to the business entity for revision.
An integral part of filling out the declaration is a voluntary audit of labor protection and examination of labor protection by an accredited inspection body in accordance with the requirements of DSTU EN ISO / IEC 17020: 2014, which is “Company LTD”.
