Proper technical operation of gas cleaning equipment (GCE) is an important issue to avoid unforeseen costs of the company for air pollution.
Requirements for the operation of GCE are enshrined in the Law of Ukraine “On Atmospheric Air Protection” Article 33, Tax Code of Ukraine Articles 240-244, the Law of Ukraine “On Environmental Protection”, Order of the Ministry of Environment № 52 of 06.02.2009 “On approval of the Rules of technical operation of gas purification plants ”, Order of the Ministry of Environment № 309 of June 27, 2006. “On approval of standards for maximum permissible emissions of pollutants from stationary sources Approval of standards for MAE
Knowledge of the requirements of technical operation of the GCE by employees is an important element of the system to prevent environmental pollution, prevention of fires and accidents at work, because improper operation can cause damage not only to the environment and health of workers but also property.
That is why the Company “Center LTD” conducts training and testing of knowledge on the rules of technical operation of gas purification plants (GCE).
The training program provides for the preparation of knowledge on:
- requirements of the legislation of Ukraine in the field of air protection, including operation of gas purification plants and performance of measurements;
- properties of industrial gas and dust streams, classification of methods and devices for cleaning dust and gas emissions, their field of application and operational requirements;
- modern methods of purification of gas and dust streams;
- rules of operation of gas purification installations, requirements to control over efficiency of work of GOU;
- implementation of instrumental and laboratory measurements of pollutant emission parameters to determine and evaluate the efficiency of gas treatment plants in accordance with the requirements of Article 10 of the Law of Ukraine “On Atmospheric Air Protection”;
- rules of technical operation of gas purification installations and relevant normative documents;
- requirements for economic entities operating gas purification plants;
- development of the passport of the gas purification unit and instructions for operation of the GCE, which meets the conditions of their work;
- drawing up of the Act of check of conformity of actual parameters of work of installation of gas clearing to design (efficiency of work of GCE);
- drawing up of the Act of check of a technical condition of installation of gas clearing on an emission source (formation);
- requirements to the operating instructions of the GCE.

- actions of the business entity during emergency stops of the GCE;
- liability for violation of the requirements of the legislation on air protection and the rules of operation of gas purification plan
Training takes place online according to modern methods, lectures and practical classes with visitors are conducted by experienced teachers who have received appropriate professional training in the operation of gas purification plants and have extensive experience with gas cleaning equipment, which provides a high level of knowledge of your employees. The educational process involves remote testing of knowledge, which is carried out at a time favorable to your employees without interruption from production.
