Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) is a document in the form of a report, which is part of the project documentation in the form of a section.
The purpose of the EIA is to determine the feasibility, acceptability of the planned activities and justification of economic, technical, organizational, sanitary, state and legal and other measures to ensure environmental safety.
The development of EIA materials is entrusted to authorized organizations whose specialists have the appropriate qualification certificates for the implementation of the section of environmental impact assessment. First of all, the customer has the right to independently select the executor of the environmental impact assessment and to coordinate with him all aspects of environmental impact from the planned activities.
The EIA section includes the following sections:
- grounds for conducting EIA;
- physical and geographical features of the district and the site (route) of construction of the design object;
- general characteristics of the design object;
- assessment of the impact of the planned activity on the environment;
- assessment of the impact of planned activities on the social environment;
- assessment of the impacts of the planned activity on the technogenic environment;
- comprehensive measures to ensure the regulatory status of the environment and its safety;
- environmental impact assessment during construction;
- statement on the environmental consequences of the activity
Any activity or its derivatives can pose a danger to the environment, a danger that must be identified and prevented at the design stage to avoid significant financial losses to the enterprise in the event of an environmental emergency during operation.
Our experts will help assess the impact on the natural and man-made environment, offer monitoring methods and measures to prevent negative environmental impacts. They will help to avoid financial losses, prevent the introduction of sanctions by regulatory authorities and obtain negative conclusions during the examination of projects.
