LLC CENTER LTD is the only private expert organization in the Western territory of Ukraine that meets the requirements for expert organizations (order of the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine dated 12.04.2018 № 507, registered by the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on 07.05.2018 for № 569/32021) and has the right to perform an examination of the state of labor protection and safety of industrial production. We issue a permit for the operation of high-risk equipment. On September 5, 2019, the National Accreditation Agency of Ukraine, in accordance with the issued certificate of accreditation number 70491 confirmed the competence of LLC “CENTER LTD” to the requirements of DSTU EN ISO / IEC 17020 in the field of inspection activities in the field of labor protection, in accordance with law.
Thus, the inspection body of LLC “COMPANY” CENTER LTD “has the right to perform examination of documentation and issue expert opinions based on the results of examination of labor protection and safety of industrial production of economic entities to obtain permits from the State Labor Service of Ukraine hazard and permission to operate high-risk equipment, machines, mechanisms, high-risk, as provided by the Resolution “On approval of the list of machines, mechanisms, high-risk equipment and amendments to certain resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine”, approved by PKMU on February 3, 2021 № 77.

1) Examination of documentation and preparation of examination conclusions on machines, mechanisms, high-risk equipment.
Operation (application) of machines, mechanisms, high-risk equipment performed on the basis of a permit:
Group A
- Equipment related to the production (manufacture), use, processing, storage, transportation, use, utilization or disposal of explosive and hazardous substances of hazard class 1 and 2, the mass of which is equal to or exceeds the standards of threshold masses defined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine July 11, 2002 № 956 “On identification and declaration of safety of high-risk objects”.
2. Mining and rescue equipment and equipment for mining, transportation, crushing, sorting and beneficiation of minerals and storage of ores and concentrates.3. Machines, mechanisms, equipment (units, devices) in which the formation, bottling, transportation, pouring, purging and release of liquid metal takes place.4. Technological equipment of main gas pipelines, oil pipelines, product pipelines (oil product pipelines, ammonia pipelines, ethylene pipelines), systems of industrial and inter-industrial collection of oil and gas, objects of oil and gas industry.5. Pressure equipment, as follows:
1) in the Technical regulations of pressure equipment approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 16, 2019 2019 27
2) in paragraph 2 of the Technical Regulations of simple high-pressure vessels, approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 28, 2016 № 1025
- Boilers with high-temperature organic heat carrier with heat capacity over 0.1 MW
- Cranes and machines, elevators, hoists for lifting workers, passenger cable cars, funiculars, escalators and passenger conveyors, cradles driven to lift workers.
- Equipment with voltage over 1000 V.
- High-risk attractions (stationary, mobile and mobile).
- Equipment and protective systems intended for use in potentially explosive environments are listed in Annex 1 to the Technical Regulation of equipment and protective systems intended for use in potentially explosive environments, approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated December 28, 2016 № 1055.
2) Examination of documentation and preparation of expert conclusions on high-risk work.Types of high-hazard works performed on the basis of a permit:
Group A
- Production (manufacture), use, processing, storage, transportation, use, utilization and disposal of explosive and hazardous substances of hazard class 1 and 2, combustible liquids, the mass of which is equal to or exceeds the threshold values specified by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine from July 11 2002 № 956 “On identification and declaration of safety of high-risk objects”.
- Explosive and explosive energy operations, disposal of weapons, conventional ammunition and missile products, manufacture, testing, transportation, storage and use of industrial explosives and their disposal.
- Gas-hazardous works and works in explosion-hazardous and / or fire-hazardous zones.
- Underground mining in mines, underground work in mines and quarries and opencast mining.
- Technical inspection, testing, expert examination (technical diagnostics) of machines, mechanisms, high-risk equipment.
- Production of pyrotechnic products.
- Works in wells, ditches, trenches, ditches, bunkers, chambers, collectors, closed space (tanks, boxes, furnaces, pipelines, etc.).
- Earthworks performed at a depth of more than 2 meters or in the area of underground communications or under water.

- Manufacture of sinter, coke, molten ferrous and non-ferrous metals, rolled metal, metal pipes, ferroalloys, refractories, chemical products of coking, mercury, nickel, zinc, lead, tin, cadmium, indium, aluminum, silumin, magnesium, titanium, crystalline silicon, sulfur , sulfuric, hydrochloric, nitric and orthophosphoric acids, cyanide salts and solutions, powders, ligatures and other compounds of rare earth metals, surfacing powders and rods, hard alloys and refractory wire, semiconductors, pulverized coal fuel.
- Drilling and operation of wells during geological study and development of mineral deposits.
- Construction, repair, operation and liquidation of underground structures not related to the extraction of minerals.
- Logging, skidding, transportation and rafting, including: forestry, logging and logging operations in areas contaminated with radionuclides.
- Development and silencing of gas and oil wells.
- Drainage, cleaning, neutralization of tanks, containers and other containers from petroleum products, acids, alkalis and other hazardous substances, including radioactive.
- Melting, pouring and heat treatment of castings.
- Installation, operation and dismantling of rigs.
- Loading and unloading works with the help of machines and mechanisms.
- Work to eliminate oil and gas manifestations in the process of drilling wells.
- Works with the use of pyrotechnic tools.
- Installation, dismantling and overhaul of buildings, structures, as well as restoration and strengthening of their emergency parts.
- Pushing tunnel structures under houses, buildings, highways and reservoirs.
- Works in the protection zones of the existing main pipelines and power lines.
- Manufacture of products and parts from plastics, rubber on presses, vulcanizers, casting and worm machines, tablet machines, calenders and rollers.
- Erosion of rocks using hydromonitors and other means of hydromechanization.
- Mineral beneficiation works, formation and operation of rock dumps, laying and fastening of slopes, sides, quarry ledges, underground geological exploration, geological surveying works.
- Repair of hydraulic structures, construction and extension of dams of hydraulic structures and hydraulic dumps.
- Construction of main gas pipelines, oil pipelines and product pipelines (oil product pipelines, ammonia pipelines, ethylene pipelines, etc.), natural gas and liquefied gas supply systems.

- Other machines, mechanisms, equipment that are not included in group A and to which the manufacturer has set requirements for technical inspection, testing and / or expert examination (technical diagnostics).
- Pressure mobile equipment specified in sub-item 18 of item 5 of the Technical Regulations of Pressure Mobile Equipment approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 4, 2018 № 536 (Official Gazette of Ukraine, 2018, № 55, Art. . 1921).
- Technological equipment for the disposal of weapons, conventional types of ammunition.
- Equipment and technical means for the manufacture, use and transportation of industrial explosives and products based on them, complexes for their processing and storage.

- Application of paints, primers and putties based on nitro paints, polymer compositions (polyvinyl chloride, epoxy, etc.).
- Climbing works and industrial mountaineering.
- Welding, gas-flame, as well as surfacing and soldering work performed using open flames.
- Maintenance of wood and metal processing machines.
- Inspection, repair and cleaning of chimneys, air ducts, as well as smoke and ventilation ducts.
- Manufacture and application of glass, slag, asbestos, bituminous mastic, vinyl chloride and bakelite materials.
