The measurement system laboratory of the Center LTD company has successfully obtained accreditation

In order to improve the quality of services, confidence amongst customers, demonstration of professional competence, ability to receive reliable results and their acceptance at the international level, the testing laboratory of Center Ltd. has successfully been accredited by the National Accreditation Agency of Ukraine (NAAU) according to DSTU (National Standards of Ukraine)  ISO / IEC 17025: 2017 (in Ukraine) and ISO / IEC 17025: 2017 (internationally) “General requirements for the competence of testing and calibrating laboratories” in the field of: research of industrial premises, residential and public buildings, residential areas, boundaries of sanitary protection zone, emissions of organized industrial stationary sources of air pollution, drinking water, return waters, wastewater, surface water and groundwater and soils.

The scope of accreditation includes the following tests, characteristics and parameters to be determined:
dimension of physical and chemical emissions factors of organized industrial stationary sources of air pollution; measurement of physical and chemical factors of drinking water, return waters, sewage, surface water, and groundwater; identification of pesticides; identify of the mass fraction of pesticides in drinking  water and in soils, sampling for further testing of drinking water and soils and identification of soil chemical factors, dimension of chemical indicators; indicators of severity and intensity of work, microclimate, noise, infrasound, general and local vibration, illumination, electromagnetic radiation.

The official confirmation of obtaining the accreditation is the Accreditation Certificate. Now the laboratory of Center LTD is one of the first in western Ukraine to confirm its professional competence.

New, contemporary approaches to the management of the laboratory according to the ISO 17025: 2017 standard, modern calibrated (verified for accuracy) devices are in full conformity with the requirements of the world scientific community, and thus improve the level of provision of services for the control of substances flow into the environment of Ukraine.

Accreditation according to ISO / IEC 17025 gives the laboratory acknowledgement of its, generally, specific technical opportunities for systems testing, components of the environment. Accreditation according to ISO / IEC 17025 means that the results are not only justified but also accepted as a standard, which will not change under any circumstances. Obtaining compliance of the laboratory with this Standard facilitates its results recognition at the international level.

After going through the accreditation process and obtaining the accreditation certificate, the laboratory of the Center Ltd. received official acknowledgement of the quality of services and competence in the field of accreditation, assurance of the availability of standard processes and rules for interaction with the customers and laboratory management, which claims to be the undisputed leader in its field.
