The Registration card of OWG, OTUW, a document consisting of materials of the inventory of the object of formation of waste or the object of treatment and utilization of waste, based on the entire complex of available information, including the materials of production certification of waste, data of income and expense documents, data of special works, information specially authorized bodies of executive power in the field of waste management.
The registry cards have a consistent, detailed description of the waste object (name, contacts, activity type, total waste amount, total waste generation index, its calculation, etc.). Section 2 includes a description of those types of waste, the placement and formation of which the owner must obtain limits. Section 3 contains information on the measures taken and the funds allocated to them, aimed at reducing the volume of harmful waste generation and minimizing its impact on the environment.
