Implementing its social part of the activity, the well-known company “Center LTD” provided free of charge for the Lviv branch of the Ukrainian Society of the Blind 4.5 liters of antiseptics, manufactured by laboratory specialists.
Representatives of the Lviv branch of UTOS (The Ukrainian Society of the Blind) will distribute the antiseptic together with food kits among their wards – blind residents of Lviv.
Such a charitable mission is very important, especially during the spread of coronavirus in Ukraine. From the beginning of the announcement of quarantine, namely – from March 12, 2020, the management of LLC Center-LTD decided not to stand aside from the problem. Therefore, on behalf of the company’s director Oleg Bota in the laboratory of “Center-LTD”, located at 41 Sakharov Street, specialists began making disinfectants based on the following components: alcohol – 78-80% vol., Glycerin – 1.45% vol., hydrogen peroxide – 0.125% vol.
It will be recalled that this is not the first time the company has held a similar charity initiative. In particular, in April of this year, in cooperation with the Social Services of Lviv, for low-income single residents of the city, as well as volunteers who distributed food among the needy, LLC “Center LTD” donated 15 liters of antiseptic mixture.
“Realizing that our company is a socially responsible business, we decided to manufacture according to state standards on the basis of our laboratory of disinfectants. We distributed them in stages on a free basis to representatives of the business environment, as well as for the needs of single residents of Lviv and volunteers, who also took on an important social role, “said Oleg Bota.
For her part, the head of the Lviv branch of the Ukrainian Society of the Blind, Lyubov Kukuruza, noted that support for them by means of protection is very important for them. “Assistance in the form of antiseptics will be distributed among those we serve, as well as among UTOS employees who are most at risk, as they communicate directly with a large number of people,” said the head of the Lviv branch of the Society of the Blind.
