New buildings in the central parts of cities, as well as reconstructed buildings, require the
\ninstallation of decentralized heating and hot water supply. Considering the limited capacity of
\nexisting heat supply networks and the well-known difficulties of laying new heat networks,
\nespecially in places with existing historical buildings, solutions for the organization of local heat
\npoints designed for heating and hot water preparation for only one room are widely used today.
\nIt is not always possible to place this boiler room next to the building – it is necessary to withstand
\nthe fire break, and this is sometimes impossible, given the limited area of \u200b\u200bthe adjacent plot of land
\nnear the house. In this case, boiler rooms located on the roof of the building, the so-called “roof”
\nboiler rooms, are almost the only solution you can count on.<\/p>\n
In connection with the adoption of the new SBN V.2.5-20:2018 “Gas supply”, which came into
\nforce on 01.07.2019, which prohibits the placement of gas boilers in high-rise buildings, roof boiler
\nrooms are now almost the only alternative for arranging a heat points in a house with gas heating.
\nSome condominiums in our city already provide heating and hot water to multi-apartment buildings,
\nusing rooftop boiler houses for these needs.<\/p>\n
As a result of the operation of the boiler equipment, polluting substances are released into the
\natmospheric air. The basis for acquiring the right to operate facilities from which polluting
\nsubstances or their mixtures enter the atmospheric air is a permit for emissions, in accordance with
\nthe Laws of Ukraine “On Environmental Protection”, “On Atmospheric Air Protection”.
\nTo obtain such a permit, you need to contact the administrative service provider with the necessary
\ndocuments.<\/p>\n
The documents must contain:
\n– Results of laboratory studies
\n– The results of the calculation of the dispersion of surface concentrations
\n– Consideration of all emission sources
\n– Calculation of annual emissions<\/p>\n
