Carried out in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Ukraine dated 10.02.95 \u21167 &#8220;On approval of the Instruction. on the content and procedure for compiling a report on the inventory of pollutant emissions at the enterprise. &#8221; The inventory is carried out with the help of instrumental measurements and calculations in accordance with the approved Methods.<\/p>\n<p>Accredited measuring laboratory of Center LTD (certificate of conformity of the measurement control system dated 12.09.2018 \u2116RL 216\/18 issued by SE &#8220;Lvivstandardmetrologiya&#8221;) performs instrumental measurements, calculations and inventory of sources of pollutant emissions into the atmosphere. The laboratory meets the requirements of DSTU ISO 10012: 2005 &#8220;Measurement control systems. Requirements for measuring processes and measuring equipment &#8220;.<\/p>\n<p>Highly qualified specialists of our Company will determine the organized and unorganized sources of emissions at your enterprise, perform instrumental measurements with the help of modern equipment and in accordance with regulatory instructions and methods will prepare an Inventory Report.<\/p>\n<p>The inventory includes a description of production technology, characteristics of dust and gas treatment plants, determination of parameters of stationary and mobile emission sources, as well as determination of quantitative and qualitative emission characteristics.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What are inventory materials used for?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Inventory materials are used for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>development of emission limit values;<\/li>\n<li>regulation of emissions of pollutants into the atmosphere;<\/li>\n<li>implementation of state accounting in the field of air protection;<\/li>\n<li>development of short-term and long-term action plans of enterprises;<\/li>\n<li>development of ecological programs to reduce emissions of pollutants into the atmosphere.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Who has the right to develop documents justifying the amount of emissions to obtain a permit for emissions of pollutants into the atmosphere?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In accordance with the order of the Ministry of Environment dated 09.03.2006 \u2116108 &#8220;On approval of instructions on general requirements for the preparation of documents justifying the amount of emissions to obtain a permit for emissions of pollutants into the atmosphere by stationary sources for enterprises, institutions, organizations and citizens. Entrepreneurs\u201d <strong>development of documents substantiating the amount of emissions<\/strong> is carried out by institutions, organizations and establishments that have been granted the right to develop such documents and which are included in the relevant list of the Ministry of Environment of Ukraine.<\/p>\n<p>Documents substantiating the company&#8217;s emissions <strong>are prepared on the basis of the Pollutant Emissions Inventory Report<\/strong> and include textual and cartographic materials with, among other things, a sanitary protection zone with justification of its size and analysis of costs associated with the implementation of measures for its creation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The company &#8220;Center LTD&#8221; is included in the List of the Ministry of Environment of Ukraine<\/strong> in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Environment from 01.10.2012 \u2116475 &#8220;On approval of the Procedure for introduction of institutions, organizations and establishments that develop documents of business activities, to the list of the Ministry of Environment of Ukraine &#8220;.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What is the validity of supporting documents?<\/strong> The validity of the documents justifying the amount of emissions for Group III enterprises is unlimited, Group II &#8211; ten years, Group I &#8211; seven years. In the event of a change in the qualitative and quantitative indicators of pollutant emissions into the atmosphere, these supporting documents and the inventory report are subject to adjustment. The documents justifying the emissions are an integral part of the application for an emission permit. <strong>For what purpose is the analysis of compliance of actual emissions of pollutants into the atmosphere with stationary sources to the established emission standards?<\/strong> In order to approve the standards of maximum permissible emissions of pollutants from stationary sources, the analysis of compliance of actual emissions of pollutants into the atmosphere by stationary sources to the established standards for emissions, including technological standards, in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine. For unorganized stationary sources, the standards of maximum permissible emissions of pollutants are not set. Emissions from these sources are regulated by setting requirements. For pollutants whose emissions are not subject to regulation and for which no state accounting is carried out, maximum permissible emissions are not set, except when the results of calculations of scattering of these pollutants in the air exceed the environmental standards. safety and hygienic standards. <strong>For substances for which no hygienic standards are set, maximum permissible emissions are not set. Who issues the emission permit?<\/strong>\u00a0Emissions of pollutants into the atmosphere by stationary sources may be carried out after obtaining a permit issued to an economic entity whose object belongs to group II or III, regional, Kyiv, Sevastopol city state administrations, the executive body of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea on environmental protection natural environment in coordination with the central body of executive power, which implements state policy in the field of sanitary and epidemiological well-being of the population.
