\"\"Testing ecological laboratory of LLC LTD Company, certified for the right to perform measurements and accredited by the National Accreditation Agency of Ukraine for compliance with DSTU EN ISO \/ IEC 17025: 2019, is engaged in determining harmful and dangerous factors and environmental pollutants of chemical and man-made origin complete and objectivity assessment of the sanitary condition of enterprises and ensuring the safety of workers, the population and the environment also conducts microbiological research.<\/p>\n

Microbiological indicators, as indicators of safety and quality, must be normalized: in drinking water in accordance with<\/strong> DSanPiN (State Sanitary Rules and Regulation) 2.2.4-171-10 “Hygienic requirements for drinking water intended for human consumption”, in groundwater and surface water<\/strong> according to DSTU 4808: 2007 “Sources of centralized drinking water supply. Hygienic and environmental requirements for water quality and selection rules “, in treated wastewater, as well as in air, soil, food, etc.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The microbiological condition of premises, equipment and air is an important factor in the production of safe food.<\/strong> The production environment can pose a significant threat due to inadequate sanitary condition of the equipment, non-compliance with the rules of hygiene by personnel, microbiological air pollution. Therefore, maintaining cleanliness and order in the production area and their periodic microbiological control minimizes the risks associated with microbiological contamination of the final product. Mandatory determination of microbiological safety indicators in water,<\/strong> products, control of cleanliness of production environment by microbiological examination of air of working zone and washes from surfaces, their constant monitoring<\/strong> – is the main link of control of critical points and proof of effective functioning of HACCP<\/strong> food safety management system, which implemented it in accordance with the requirements <\/strong>of DSTU ISO 22000.<\/strong><\/p>\n

We have created all the necessary conditions for the prevention of contamination (contamination) of test specimens, and safety, prevention of their negative impact on employees and the environment – the premises are equipped with preboxes, filtration and air disinfection systems, UV irradiators. All premises where works are carried out are controlled for cleanliness and sterility. The tests are carried out according to modern standardized Ukrainian and international standards, as well as the methods of the Ministry of Health. These techniques include a deep seeding method in dense nutrient media, a surface seeding method on dense media, a liquid seeding method, and a membrane filter method.<\/p>\n
