The drainage rate is determined by the rate of water consumption and the amount of irreversible losses in production.<\/p>\n<p>Depending on the individual characteristics of water management of each enterprise, we provide a full range of professional services, which includes the following components:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>determining the types of water consumption norms in accordance with the degree of housing improvement and other factors (for example, the availability of subsidiary farms) that affect water consumption;<\/li>\n<li>collection of data on the balance of drinking water consumption in this locality for the previous three years according to statistical reporting;<\/li>\n<li>data collection on the current state of the water supply system;<\/li>\n<li>determination of the planned volume of drinking water supply for the next year, taking into account the plans for the implementation of local programs for the development of the drinking water supply system;<\/li>\n<li>determination of the number of consumers according to the level of housing improvement (nomenclature of water consumption norms) and housing equipment by means of drinking water metering, determination of drinking water volumes;<\/li>\n<li>development and approval of ITNVPV for the enterprise of drinking water supply and housing and operational enterprises of the settlement according to the Procedure for development and approval of technological standards for the use of drinking water.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Development of individual technological standards for the use of drinking water (ITNVPV)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>ITNVPV &#8211; technological standards for the use of drinking water, set for each company separately, designed for the current level of technology and the current state of water supply and sewerage systems.<\/p>\n<p>Current ITNVPV are used for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>planning and organization of control over water management activities;<\/li>\n<li>determining the volume of sales of services for centralized water supply and sewerage to determine their cost and tariffs for these services;<\/li>\n<li>determination of normative volumes of drinking water use by the enterprise;<\/li>\n<li>determination of additional volumes of drinking water and wastewater that enter the drainage system in excess of the volume of sales of centralized drainage services;<\/li>\n<li>substantiation of water needs for obtaining permits for special water use.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>ITNVPV (Development of individual technological standards for the use of drinking water)<\/p>\n<p>are set for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>drinking water losses;<\/li>\n<li>technological costs of drinking water in water supply systems;<\/li>\n<li>technological costs of drinking water in drainage systems.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Work on the development of current individual specific norms of water consumption and drainage also includes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>current water consumption planning (determination of water demand);<\/li>\n<li>development of water balances (balance scheme);<\/li>\n<li>development of measures for the rational use of water resources in individual units of industrial production.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These works are based on information that characterizes the current state of use of natural resources.
